SoSy has not been used very much with the current owner, with only 50 additional hours on the engine in 4+ years.

When she was sold to him, it was "as is" as the engine hours were not known. The current owner used the boat primarily as an in-town apartment and didn't take her out much.

The Beneteau 423 offers a very airy, light & open layout. The main salon features u U-shaped seating around a large dining table that has a removable leaf. The table then converts to a cocktail-size table and also drops to make a double berth. There is a bench seat on the center line for seating around the entire table. To port is the straight settee and forward-facing nav station. Aft of the navigation station is a full head with shower (electric freshwater toilet), and aft of the head is a full-size double berth in the aft stateroom. Aft and to starboard is the large galley that features a front-opening refrigerator and a top-loading freezer, double SS sinks, propane stove & oven as well as abundant storage. The forward owner's cabin offers a large center island berth with storage drawers beneath. There is a changing seat as well as a large hanging locker and two storage lockers. The master head features a separate shower and an electric fresh water toilet.
