MAIN SALON

Entering the starboard side main salon, the custom upholstered coconutcolored seating for six is around the teak dining table which drops down tocreate a large sleeping area. Custom black and gold throw pillows andantique gold window treatments detail the cherry veneer cabinetry and navstation. The upper portholes, lower portlights and hatches give a bright, airyand open feel to this ample space with its 6’4” + headroom.

GALLEY

The port galley is brightly lit from two upper portholes and one lowerdouble portlight with custom antique gold window treatments. A fourburner Marine Force 10 LPG stove with oven and broiler is centrallylocated. The propane system was upgraded to be US Coast Guardcompliant. Aft from the stove is an under-counter, built-in, stainless steelP 1.Isotherm Cruise 200, side-by-side, 12v/110v refrigerator/freezer. Thedouble stainless steel under-mount galley sink sits in the newly installedsolid surface granite look-alike counter top in a beige background,peppered with brown, black and white flakes. A Scandvik Galley mixer inchrome runs pressurized hot and cold water from the three water tankstotaling a 207 gallon capacity. There is a foot pump and spigot for manualsea/rinse water at the sink. The hatch at the galley and opening portlightsprovides plenty of natural light and refreshing breeze. The vessel’s entireinterior lighting was upgraded with Imtra marine fixtures.

MASTER STATEROOM

A queen sized bed in the forward cabin with two hatches, custom lightingand custom designed bedding ensemble complete a perfect resting area.New mattress cushioning was installed in 2023. The cherry cabinetryprovides ample storage and seating on both starboard and port sides withcustom cushioning in the main salon matching coconut fabric. Theensemble is in desert pastels of green, gold and dusty rose.The ensuite master head is a large shower with an overhead hatch. All newplumbing; ball valves, sanitation hose and head rebuild kits have beeninstalled.

GUEST STATEROOM 1

The starboard aft quarter cabin has a double bed with new cream and goldbolstered cushioning on the outside wall and a complete custom bedensemble in matching cream and gold. Ensuite head has hand-heldshower, porthole and upgraded plumbing was installed.

GUEST STATEROOM 2

A matching port side aft quarter cabin with a double bed, also has creamand gold bolstered cushioning on the outside wall and a complete custombed ensemble in cream and gold. Ensuite head also has hand-held shower,porthole and upgraded plumbing installed.

HULL

The wetted surface of the hull was stripped completely for thorough gelcoatinspection. It was found to be in excellent condition, free of any blisters,delamination or damage. Very minor (dime-sized or smaller) nicks werefaired along with the keel, using the West System. After fairing, the entiresurface was barrier coated using Interlux 1000 and 2000 products, thenfinished with Interlux Micron 66 black bottom paint. The re-application ofMicron 66 continued annually until such ablative coatings were disallowedin 2017-2018. Post hurricane Irma in 2017, bottom paint was upgraded tocompliant brands. The cumulative result is a beautiful bottom surface. Anew cutlass bearing and prop shaft water seal at engine end wererenewed. Rudder shaft bearings were replaced. All the keel bolts werereplaced with new for preventive maintenance.The boot stripe is done in a 2 color/3 stripe pattern of 1” gold over 4” ofgloss black over a lower 1” gold on a white hull with a flat black bottom.The freeboard area shows very little wear and tear in its original whitesurface. She has received an annual buff and wax prior to each of its 4-5month seasons in the water. She is stored on the hard for the rest of theyear when not in use.

DECK

The deck is equipped with four BIG B 10” X 26” black fenders with fenderbrackets and six ⅝” New England Ropes mega braid nylon dock lines. TwoLewmar 54, two speed self-tailing genoa winches and two Lewmar 40, twospeed self-tailing halyard winches are mounted for ease of sail handlingfrom the cockpit.The deck has 7 hatches with custom mosquito screens (for the boat yard,at anchor or on a mooring) and 2 dorades. The Lofrans Tigres 1000w 12velectric windlass is loaded with a Danforth primary anchor and a Britanysecondary anchor.New in 2023, a Profurl headsail roller furling with a Doyle 135 genoa, aDoyle mainsail and a custom remake of the Doyle Easy Pack sail cover areinstalled. The spinnaker pole is mounted on the mast. All standing riggingwire and running rigging lines are new in 2023. Mast and boom are new in2023 with OEM single piece Z-Spar brand.P 1.The spacious cockpit has a center console and single helm. There areseven custom closed-cell floatation foam black Sunbrella cockpit cushionsaround the folding table. A large 13’ X 10’ custom black Sunbrella andstainless steel bimini makes this cockpit a shaded, comfortable area forcaptain and guests.

ELECTRONICS

The sailing vessel is simply equipped with new Plastimo compass,Raymarine I-40 depth, speed and wind instruments and a handheldStandard Horizon VHS radio.

ELECTRICAL

The electrical power onboard consists of a dedicated 12 volt engine starterbattery, new in 2022. The house bank consists of 4 Deka 6 volt deep cyclebatteries wired 2 each in series, new in 2022. The electrical system is aMastervolt Mass Combi 12/2000-100 Amp inverter/charger 12/2000, aMastervolt Battery Mate 16021C isolator, a Mastervolt charge regulator, aMastervolt Remote Control Masterlink/MICC and an upgraded 90 ampalternator.Shore power cords and connectors for the 30 amp service and all wiringrelative to the Mastervolt service is upgraded. Genset on board is a gaspowered Honda EU 2000i portable unit.ENGINE DETAILSEngine power is provided by a comprehensively rebuilt in 2022 Yanmar4JH3E, 56 horsepower, non-turbo, 4 cylinder diesel engine with 72 hours,original hours were 3904. The engine is in excellent condition and hasreceived regular maintenance since new. Power transmission is throughthe factory Kanzaki unit which is also in excellent condition. Fuel iscontained in a 53 gallon aluminum tank upgraded with 2 new inspectionports in 2023. It is in excellent condition, clean and without leaks.

OTHER

Regarding items below the cabin sole, the bilge is very clean, dry and odorfree. Overall the vessel is in exceptional condition and provides much morepleasure than need for service…she is truly a “pleasure craft”.
