BROKERS REMARKS: AMERICA is last of its type coming out of fleet and for sale. We will not see or have any other coming up. Very spacious and airy with good headroom both above and below decks. Optional arch with mainsheet mounted and also makes for a solid sprayhood construction and hand holds. Separate shower and toilet compartments. Shallow draft model and Yanmar engine. No hurricane history due to age.
